The factory and sales office share the same premises on the corner of Kallie Roodt and Etienne Rosseau Street in the Northern Industrial Area, so stock items in standard 5 L, 25 L, 5 kg and 25 kg packs can normally be collected the same day the order is confirmed. For 200 L drums and made-to-order blends we will confirm a collection date when you order, since some products are blended in batches on demand.

Yes. Windhoek is the distribution hub for the whole country: we run our own deliveries inside Windhoek and the Khomas region, scheduled runs to central towns such as Okahandja, Rehoboth and Gobabis, and dispatch road freight to every other region. For the coast, orders can also be routed through our Walvis Bay agent, which keeps lead times for fishing and marine customers short.

The sales team sits on the same site as the blending plant and laboratory, so questions about dilution ratios (for example Magnus 88XL at 1:19 for aluminium), material compatibility or switching sanitizers can be answered on the spot — and where needed we can adjust a formulation or recommend the correct alternative from our own range.
