How should a workshop clean electrical motors and switchgear?

What is the right way to handle oil on a workshop floor?
Immediately: Peat D or Vermiculite on the spill, swept and binned — never wash fresh oil toward a drain. Weekly: Magnus 92 powder scrubbed over the traffic areas to strip the film that builds even without visible spills. The two-product routine keeps the floor passing both the safety walk-through and the environmental audit. Concrete that has gone black over years needs a deep scrub with Magnus 215 solution first (keep it off aluminium machine tables).
