Product use

ASSAULT is a special type solvent with detergent and high foaming properties which make it ideal for removing caked-on fats and greasy soils. Because this product contains high performance water conditioning and wetting agents, it quickly penetrates, disperses and dissolves these soils. ASSAULT is ideal for foam cleaning operations in the food industry.

Directions for use

For most applications ASSAULT is sprayed or foamed onto the surface to be cleaned at 3–4 % (30–40 ml/litre) for 2–5 minutes depending on the soil and is then followed by a high-pressure hot water (70 C) rinse. For initial clean-up of heavily soiled equipment, ASSAULT may be used at full strength, allowed to penetrate for 5–10 minutes and then rinsed off. Ref. No. 12 /23
