Product use
SMOKEHOUSE CLEANER is a heavy-duty liquid alkaline detergent, which is especially effective for complete removal of tough, baked-on soils prevalent in heat processing equipment. The high alkalinity and unique blend of surfactants and wetting agents of this product enhances saponification and dispersion of fatty soils. It remains stable for high temperature spray cleaning.
Directions for use
Smoke h ouse Cleaning: Make a 2,5% - 3 % solution of SMOKEHOUSE CLEANER in hot water. Foam the solution onto all surfaces and allow a contact time of 5 minutes. Rinse off with water. Agitation with a brush will help in the removal of heavy tar deposits. SMOKEHOUSE CLEANER is excellent for use in automatic dispensing units. Ref. No. 01/24
